Impartiality, Independence, and the Right to Appeal
We work according to the following international standards:
ISO/IEC 17065 – for product certification.
ISO/IEC 17025 – for laboratory activities.
Our competence is subject to continuous monitoring and assessment through regular surveillance audits by the MRDPW and EA BAS.
Impartiality is a fundamental principle of our operations. To guarantee it:
We apply clear rules and internal procedures.
We have established a Committee for Safeguarding Impartiality, which exercises independent oversight.
All employees and experts work under conditions that prevent any commercial, financial, or other external pressure.

We believe our clients do not pay for a document, but for an independent and verifiable conformity assessment. Every decision we make is based solely on objective evidence.
To guarantee our independence:
We do not offer consultancy services for the products we assess.
We do not perform internal audits for our clients.
We do not subcontract assessments to organizations that provide consultancy on the same products.
Complaints and Appeals
"STROYCONTROL 2003" Ltd. applies a clear and fair procedure for the submission and handling of complaints and appeals.
An appeal is submitted by a client (manufacturer) when affected by an adverse decision, such as: refusal of certification, limitation of scope, or the suspension or withdrawal of certification.
A complaint can be filed by any interested party and concerns the actions or inactions of our body, its staff, laboratory, or certified manufacturers.
Every complaint and appeal is handled impartially, within a reasonable timeframe, and in accordance with our internal procedure. The applicant will receive a response with a reasoned opinion.
