What is the basis of this procedure?
The procedure is strictly defined by:
Regulation (EU) No 305/2011: The main EU law for construction products.

AVCP Systems: "STROYCONTROL 2003" is designated to work under System 2+.
What is our role as a Notified Body for System 2+?
Initial audit of your factory and production control: We perform an on-site audit to verify that your quality control system is effective.
Ongoing surveillance and evaluation: We conduct regular surveillance audits to guarantee you maintain constant quality.
Issuing a Certificate of FPC Conformity: Following a successful audit, we issue your certificate, which is listed in our public registry and the MRDPW registry.
What does this certificate allow you to do?
A valid certificate is the mandatory requirement that allows you to:
Create a Declaration of Performance (DoP).
Place the CE marking on your products.
